SYRACUSE, Indiana - October 8, 2007 - "U4 will no longer sell Embarq Voice Mail." said Ben Plikerd, CEO of U4. He continued, "It was really a simple decision. U4 found other voicemail providers are decreasing the length of a message, number of messages stored, increasing the price and limiting how you access your voicemail. U4 developed a better product with more capacity and the price is much more reasonable."
"U4VMail will have longer message length limits and you will be able to store more messages," said Bob Brown, Director of IT. He added, "During the next upgrade of U4Vmail, scheduled to coincide with the launch of Liberator, U4 will provide our customers with many new options including access to VMail online, the ability for a customer to have a text message sent to their cell phone when there is VMail waiting, the option to send VMail to themselves in an email and the ability to listen to the message while it is being left. The versatility of U4VMail is incredible."
"All of our Agents, Reps and U4stores are now able to offer U4VMail. The customer will find life much easier with consolidating more quality services on to one bill. The customer will also find talking to U4 much easier than the other guys. You always talk to a live person, no recordings here," said Rich Hays Director of Marketing.
