U4 Doubles Customer Base in Five Months

SYRACUSE, Indiana—November 23rd, 2004—U4 has doubled their customer base in less than five months. When asked about the significant amount of customer gain in the past several months, Ben Plikerd, CEO stated, "We are starting to see customer referrals seven to ten people deep according to our systems. The savings are real, the service is real, and if you call us right now, someone real will answer the phone." U4 currently has over 2000 customers, and their growth for the past several months has been approximately 20 percent per month. U4 is projecting to double its customer base again in the next six months with its expansion to Florida and Ohio. Scott Wenger, CFO attributes the increase in customers to business expos and word of mouth. "Our staff is so well trained and we have so many processes in place that we can handle twice the amount of business with the same staff and provide the same great customer service." U4 has begun research into the wireless market and is hoping to offer this new service by third quarter of 2005.
