U4COM begins certification for Florida

SYRACUSE, Indiana—August 17th, 2004—U4COM today announced that they have begun the 90 day process to file in the state of Florida. Florida local telephone access will be provided in those areas served by Sprint, Verizon, and SBC. U4COM long distance and internet access will also be available in those areas. Florida was chosen primarily because it will benefit many Indiana customers with residences in Florida. "Our unique billing system allows us to put multiple locations or houses on one bill. Essentially, customers can have telephone service in multiple states all on one bill. Customers can even receive this bill online. U4COM has secured approximately 750 other business lines from its current customer base with offices in Florida. U4COM will not be opening a local office in Florida immediately.
