U4COM Reaches Milestone
SYRACUSE, Indiana—November 28th, 2003—Only 2 weeks from signing its first customer and U4Com has now reached its 50th local telephone customer. CEO Ben Plikerd “While 50 customers may not sound like a lot, it is invigorating to see that U4Com is rolling onward and upward. U4Com is currently providing service in all SPRINT areas of Indiana. In mid December U4Com will be adding service to all Verizon customers further spreading the option of choice throughout Indiana.
U4COM CUTS the Cord on its First Customer

SYRACUSE, Indiana—November 13th, 2003—U4Com Cuts the Cord on its First Customer.
U4Com, a brand new local access telecommunications company, has made its first step towards providing Indiana with a choice in local telephone service. Brian Woody, proprietor of Cool Beans Espressos, Syracuse, Indiana, was the first business in Indiana to sign on with U4Com. “My business is local, my customers are local and now, so is my telephone service.” stated Woody. U4COM presents at Syracuse Wawasee Chamber
SYRACUSE, Indiana—November 12th, 2003—U4Com presented its telecommunications services to the Syracuse - Wawasee Chamber of Commerce at the Chambers monthly board meeting. U4Com CEO Benjamin Plikerd sits on the board and is currently the vice president of the Syracuse Chamber. Plikerd stressed that U4Com is a local company providing local service therefore keeping monies locally by supporting local programs. "U4Com is a neighborhood company meaning that the owners and employees are your local flesh and blood neighbors with a neighborhood caring spirit. We live here and work here. We want to help our community as well as work, shop and play here." The PowerPoint Presentation lasted about 15 minutes and covered a variety of subjects concerning, calling features, plans and goals. Several Chamber board members asked questions and were pleased that U4Com was in Syracuse.
U4COM Attends Columbia City Business Expo
SYRACUSE, Indiana—November 8th, 2003—A large crowd visited the 2003 Business Expo on Saturday where U4Com, food, fun and other businesses combined for an eventful day. U4Com participated in its first business expo in Columbia City on Saturday November 8th 2003. U4Com CEO Benjamin Plikerd, CFO Scott Wenger, associates Kim Jones and Alyssa Beer attended the event greeting Columbia City’s businesses with open ears as to what Columbia City was looking for in a telecommunications company. U4Com has a dedicated personal telecommunications team that visits each business in its community and listens to each customers needs.
